Shipping FAQ



  • Please ensure that all information provided by you in relation to your order is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • After submitting an order and the payment transaction has been authorised, the order cannot be cancelled or voided.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed we will process a refund. Unfortunately back orders are not possible.
  • Overseas orders cannot be accepted. We only ship within Australia.

Shipping Costs

  • FREE shipping for orders of eco products over $50
  • $15.00 shipping for orders $30-$49.99
  • $10.00 shipping fee for orders under $30


  • Unfortunately deliveries cannot be made to a PO BOX address. Please supply a street address with all your orders.
  • Delivery will be made via courier to your nominated address. By ordering via this website you give permission for the courier to leave the product at your doorstep without signature, if no one is home. Please consider this when nominating the address we send to.
  • Based on orders received prior to 12:00pm each day, the following delivery timeframes apply:
    • Eastern seaboard (Metro) 5 working days
    • Eastern seaboard (Regional) 7 working days
    • SA and TAS 7 working days
    • WA and NT 7-10 working days
  • We only ship within Australia and are unable to ship overseas.
  • Please note any quarantine restrictions for the products you wish to order, to avoid disappointment. This information is available on the product information page.

Payment is to be made via credit card at the time the order is placed. We only accepted MasterCard and Visa.

  • By entering your credit card details, you authorise us to debit your nominated credit card for the payment. However if payment cannot be accepted from your credit card the order will not be processed.
  • All other terms of purchase will be governed by the DuluxGroup Standard Terms of Sale.

Refund and Returns
Subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds/returns unless goods are faulty.  Please see clause 7 (“Defects”) of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Your privacy is important to us and we will use the personal information you submit to fulfil your order. If you do not provide the personal information requested, we will not be able to fulfil your order.
